Next Round of Enhancements to the Shop Experience
We're excited to announce a new initiative focused on delivering impactful features, UX improvements, and quality-of-life changes that directly address the needs of our merchants and their customers.
Why We're Doing This
We've identified a range of updates that will help improve conversion rates and give merchants greater control over how the shop is presented and experienced. Some of these features bring back familiar functionality from the LTS version—making migration smoother—while others tackle known usability issues and polish the overall customer journey.

What’s Coming
This initiative includes multiple improvements across the shop frontend, including these:
Optimize address handling in checkout – reduce drop-offs with a smarter checkout experience
Improved VAT-ID Validation – ensure accurate data collection
Better 404 Page – in case of missing content, we offer a search and some items to get shopping again
Improved Scroll Behavior after navigation – After going back and forth, we remember what users were looking at.
Search Suggestions – help users find what they need faster by showing item, category and term suggestions.
Contact Mail in Checkout – allow users to give a different mail than what they use for their login.
Different Default Sorting per Category – change the default sorting for each category
Live Shopping / Limited Time Offers – implement limited time offers
