Currently, this process requires downloading, modifying and reuploading data, which is time-consuming, prone to errors and little scalable.

'Functions' is a feature designed to empower you with flexibility and efficiency in transforming your product data using simple formulas.This streamlines your data preparation workflows, especially when optimizing for various marketplaces.

Formula-based data transformation

'Functions' allow you to manipulate your existing data in order to fulfil specific requests and come with these benefits:

• Simplified mode for function creation: a simple way to create and use Functions, without coding knowledge needed;

• Comprehensive list of functions: remove HTML, reducing amount of characters, converting text to upper/lower case, concatenate strings, extract or modify text and much more;

• Preview in the editor: the possibility to show what the Functions you created does, in order to be able to see if they work as expected when applied, before actually using them;

• Combine functions: the option to combine different functions, in order to modify data more efficiently and flexibly. For example: reduce number of characters to 50 & remove HTML.

All this happens on a user-friendly & dedicated user interface, where you can create and save the functions you need, which will then be used in the import/export process.
